  15. Each time I try to send or discard a note in my mail inbox basket
  16. under LaMail 2.2 I get the message:

  18. ERROR - 285 attempting to save index file [filename].ndx - error
  19. writing file.

  21. Where [filename]=C:\tcpip\etc\mail\inbox.ndx or all.ndx
  22.  
  23. Apparently this does not affect mail traffic but it is frustrating
  24. to get the message all time.

  26. I use LaMail 2.2 on a 486/33 with 8MB RAM and OS/2 2.1 6.749.

  28. Are there any suggestions to correct this problem?
