  12. Yes, there has been a German SP around for a couple of weeks now. Maybe the
  13. German FTP-sites can upload them (e.g. stuttgart) ?

  15. Even better, let IBM Germany, IBM Austria or IBM Switzerland setup such
  16. an FTP-server (a mirror to software.watson.ibm.com plus the German
  17. nationalizations ???).
