- One thing to keep in mind about the CONFIG.SYS file is that it isn't always
- read in order. For example, I think the BASEDEV device drivers are loaded
- before other device drivers. The Redbooks discussed this in detail, but it
- has been a while since I read it so I'm a bit fuzzy on the details.

- mouse drivers and the COM drivers are important.
