  11. Well, guess I'm the only one who took the bait and called LAVA of ontario
  12. canada and found out about their 1024x768x24 bit card. What I was told:

  14. The card is based on the IBM 8514 chip (or chipset ?). It is not VGA 
  15. compatible and requires a VGA card to use for "passthrough" service. But the
  16. result is true 16 mil color at 1024x768, and the 2.0 drivers are avalible
  17. now, including seamless capability, said to be developed in tandem with IBM.
  18. So there is apparently a way to get 24 bit color now under os/2.
