  12. The readme that comes with the 3.1 winosw beta that came with the
  13. November PDK seems to say that I should install the whole beta
  14. version of OS/2 before installing the 3.1 support.   However, the
  15. message seems to insist heavily upon the 32 bits graphics engine.

  17. I vaguely recall some comments about running 3.1 support directly
  18. on top of the Service Pak.  Will that work?  Any caveat?
