- As a consequence of having no seamless drivers for my ATI Ultra Pro
- card I find myself switching around a lot, causing my monitor (Mag 15FX)
- to change modes. It does this electronically, but the screen jumps
- around and it clicks when it happens. Does this put undue stress
- on the monitor? That is, is it really designed to be changed frequently
- or was it designed to make the switch maybe once a day? I think
- most quality monitors now have this feature so that one does not have
- to manually adjust the field every time the mode changes.
