  24. As you say E3 is the test verion of EPM (actually EPM evolved from E3).
  25. As far as I know it is is IBM Internal Use Only.  I used it while at IBM
  26. exclusively.  It is very fast, and powerful.  It is used almost exculsively
  27. by developers at IBM.  I don't know why IBM didn't release it with EPM 
  28. which was also Internal Use Only.
