  11. Is there a public domain TCPIP package for OS/2?  Are there any
  12. alternatives to the IBM package?  Is it realistic to hope that
  13. a non-technical person could learn to set any such package up and
  14. get it working?  (Well, technical enough to have gotten OS/2 set up
  15. and working, but only just).
