- If you're really interested in a screen saver so the phosphorus won't burn
- out on the CRTs left overnight (as opposed to aesthetical desire for
- cutesy flying toasters), the PM Workplace's LOCKUP feature has been serving
- us nicely.
-
- To activate: click the right button on the desktop, go to open settings,
- go to lockup (the last tab).
-
- Tell the system to lock up after 10 minutes of inactivity, specify
- some obvious password, and no background picture.
-
- If a machine is left unattended, the screen will eventually go black,
- with a little padlock floating around it. Unlike some screen savers you
- must type a password, rather than just press a key, but it can be something
- easy to type, like 1 letter.
-
- Can't beat the price and it doesn't need any installation. :)
