  21. If you minimize this title bar to an icon, I think you'll be OK.  I don't
  22. have the problem of it starting up as a title bar, but if I double click
  23. on the minimized icon, I get essentially the same behavior (title bar,
  24. WPS image).

  35. I have this problem when I run elvis1.6 (DOS version of vi clone)
  36. in a DOS box.  I don't have this problem when running ckermit for
  37. OS/2.  Is your comm program a DOS program?  Maybe this "bug" has
  38. something to do with DOS windows.
