  36. Lightning never strikes twice in the same place. What Grace Hopper
  37. did for COBOL, no government committee could hope to match the
  38. second time around. COBOL for all it's banality provided a common
  39. solution to business problems that is still in use to day. ADA only
  40. survives because DoD mandates it. IF it was such a good thing, the
  41. private sector would have hopped on the bandwagon years ago and we
  42. would all be coding in ADA, not C or C++.
