- WRONG! That's idiotic. Many businesses turned down Microsoft's offer--and
- are still in business (my company happens to be one of them). THAT is
- why I find the statement "Microsoft is forcing..." because they are NOT
- forcing us to do anything--they DO make a very attractive offer... but
- vendors turn down the offer all the time.
