- The situtaion is that a significant percentage of people involved
- in buying PCs think they are "experts" because they read the right
- computer mags etc. They see an article there which says that there
- are problems with the Win3.1 beta and DR-DOS so when they (or perhaps
- their purchasing dept) goes to buy a PC and are offered DR-DOS they
- immediately remember that DR-DOS had a problem and decide against it.
- Such people are usually such "experts" that they cannot be convinced
- otherwise.
