  23. Most people would say that Computer Science is not a science, but
  24. a craft.  [Read comp.org.eff.talk for more about this].  However,
  25. even if it is a science, it's only been around for about 60 years
  26. or so.  Too early to break with tradition I suppose.

  28. Not that I think a Nobel prize for C Sc would be inappropriate.
  29. I mean, so many *other* sciences depend on computer architecture and
  30. good software design. . . .
