  18. Well, as an IBMer and as a happy OS/2 user, thank you for your praise r.e.
  19. OS/2.  Does IBM have an email address?  Well, there are 400,000 (no 375,000
  20. no 350,000, no 3??,000) IBMers most of which were not involved in OS/2
  21. development, sales, or support.  Many of us have access to Internet, and
  22. others watch Compuserve as required by their jobs.  Almost all of us have
  23. email addresses, although most are available only to other IBMers.
  24.   I work in an area adjacent to the C Set/2 and Workframe/2 product
  25. developers.  These two products have established Internet accounts that are
  26. monitored by their technical staff.  I am unaware of a OS/2 equivalent account.

  28. You can take your choice of support for WorkSet/2.  Aside from posting
  29. questions here (we do try to monitor this newsgroup), you can send
  30. questions about C Set/2 to cset2@vnet.ibm.com, or about WorkFrame/2 to

  32. call 1-800-3-IBM-OS2.   -tim

  35. Some of you who watch this conference may be unaware of this, but these
  36. conferences are being watched by many IBMers.  Some, like myself, because they
  37. are OS/2 "fans" - I run it at home, and love it.  Others have a professional
  38. interest - they work in OS/2 development, marketing, or support.  So my
  39. suggestion, John, is to post your kudos and complaints to this conference.  If
  40. your complaints are really reports of bugs (I don't want to discuss semantical
  41. differences here), then use one of the official reporting channels, e.g.
  42. Compuserve, IBM Support Centres, IBM National BBSes, 1-800-3-IBM-OS2, etc...
