  16.   I've got a 486/33 running windows 3.1 and I've noticed that if I
  17. use a permanent swapfile instead of a temporary one that things
  18. slow to an absolute crawl.

  20.   Does anyone have any comments on what this problem is and how
  21. to fix it ?  Please respond by e-mail if possible.
