  12. : packages is called Wired for Sound.  There are several versions out, so be 
  13. : sure to get the latest (it uses .wav files, earlier ones dont).  As for adding
  14. : more stuff in the sound dialogue box (in control panel), I dont think you

  17. Or there's Soundbits for Windows, from Microsoft.  There are currently three 
  18. packages,  Hanna Barbeara (sp?), Musicical Sounds from around the World, and
  19. Movie Classics.  Each comes with ~50 voice and/or sound effect WAV files.
