- : There are utilities that let you add sound to almost any event. One of the
- : packages is called Wired for Sound. There are several versions out, so be
- : sure to get the latest (it uses .wav files, earlier ones dont). As for adding
- : more stuff in the sound dialogue box (in control panel), I dont think you
- : can add more stuff. Anyone have any ideas?
-
- Or there's Soundbits for Windows, from Microsoft. There are currently three
- packages, Hanna Barbeara (sp?), Musicical Sounds from around the World, and
- Movie Classics. Each comes with ~50 voice and/or sound effect WAV files.
-
- You can attach (via control panel) sounds to events such as app open, app
- close, app restore, etc.
