  18.     How well does NT run current Windows 3.0 and 3.1 apps. such as ProComm,
  19.     Microsoft Access, WordPerfect, Word etc...?

  21.     How well doest NT run most DOS apps?

  23.     Is the C++ compiler shipped any good. (You determine what good is)

  25.     Is the development environment GUI?
