- True enough, but not the effect I'm after - I don't want to start a
- service under a particular static user identitiy, but rather want the
- service (telnetd) to accept cleartext user authentication as part of its
- initial interaction with a remote connection.

- Well, here's hoping... MicroSoft has been quite responsive on
