  19. NT is not multiuser in the sense that it do not allow more than 1 person to
  20. logon and use it simultaneously(in the way one logon to unix or ibm mainframe).

  22. NT is multiuser in the sense that it can act as a file server/database server 
  23. etc. since it has LM in the OS(though it is not working right now).
