- From the company Phar Lap you can get QuickStart 2.0 (FOR FREE!!!),which
- will permit one to use the Windows NT tools (C++, etc.) and the WIN32s
- libraries to generate 32-bit Windows 3.1 applications! Later, one can
- compile & link with the WIN32 for NT.
