- On my Microsoft Mouse the ball falls only a little bit into the mouse.
- If I put a paper sheet over the mouse, it doesn't touch ball, but the
- distance is no more than 1mm (0.04 inches).

- Another hint: Get the ball out of the mouse and move the rolls inside.
- So you can see, if the movement is ok. Also make sure, that there is no
- dust on the ball.
