  12. I'm having a problem with the keyboard under Oct NT. I have NT installed on
  13. a Dell 486 with 16Mb main memory and an Adaptec SCSI adapter in standard mode. 
  14. Up to now, everything had worked fine, but now the keyboard is refusing to
  15. function correctly. When I ALT-CTRL-DEL to get the login screen up, the only
  16. keys that work are the cursor keys and the DELETE key. In other words I can't 
  17. enter my password. Unfortunately the file system is NTFS so when I boot DOS
  18. I can't access the c: drive to have a look at the ini files. Booting DOS does
  19. show that the keyboard is working however. Do I have to reinstall everything?
  20. Is their an equivalent DOS device driver available for NTFS to the FSFILTER 
  21. driver to access HPFS partitions on OS/2 2.0?
