  15. How do you define beta? (No, I don't want your answer!) We had three
  16. major beta pre-releases for Windows 3.1, and we'll clearly have more
  17. than one beta release for Windows NT 3.1 - the first pre-release did
  18. not have even close to complete functionality, the next "beta" release
  19. had near complete functinality, and the next beta should be more
  20. complete, faster, smaller and more compatible - hopefully the retail
  21. release will improve upon the final beta -and subsequent versions
  22. of Windows NT should improve upon the first! (3.1)
