  12. I've always been more productive with make, my own editor, and any cheap
  13. Command Line shell than with the Borland IDE or with any other integrated
  14. weird editor.  Do these things exist under Windows 3.1 and BC++ 3.1?  Make
  15. for use with bcc under Windows seems like a hard thing to come by.  Thanks 
  16. for any suggestions.
