- Have a look at my Programmer's File Editor, which is so cheap it's free!
- It's on ftp.cica.indiana.edu, but you may need to hunt a bit for it as they've
- got a huge backlog. Try in /pub/pc/win3/programr, and then in
- /pub/pc/win3/uploads/NOV92. You want pfe00402.zip. It's also on
- wsmr-simtel20.army.mil in pd:<msdos.windows3>
