  24. Egods. Perhaps I'll move to Germany, or even Australia where I seem
  25. to remember that someone actually received the NT DDK _by_mistake_ !

  27. Dwight, could you please give MS-UK a kick in a sensitive area?! Since
  28. your promising announcement of the CD-only NT DDK in Sept/Oct last year,
  29. I've been calling MS-UK every week enquiring about its actual 
  30. availability.  Only on Nov 25th did they admit to its existence but
  31. couldn't give a shipping date. I ordered a copy anyhow. Last week they
  32. _still_ couldn't give a shipping date, offered a few embarrassed apologies,
  33. and suggested I try calling again mid/late January.

  35. This is silly. True, I've no _urgent_ need for the DDK - I only want it to
  36. be able to get on the learning curve _early_...
