- If you load the DOS requestor, you'll be able to use Btrieve from apps
- that operate from DOS boxes, but not native windows apps. Btrieve for
- DOS uses an interrupt protocol that is not available to Windows apps.

- To use Btrieve with Windows apps, you have to obtain the Btrieve for
- Windows kit from Novell. In this kit you get the Btrieve DLL and
- assorted configuration programs. The Btrieve engine for Windows is
- closer to multi-user Btrieve than it is to single-user DOS Btrieve. I
- can't recall the exact price, but I believe is was around $300US.
