  10. Does anyone happen to have the Windows .ICO file format specifications
  11. handy? I understand that the September issue of the Microsoft Systems
  12. Journal has this listed in an article concerning resource file formats,
  13. but I've been unable to find the issue anywhere.

  15. I'm basically interested in converting .ICO files to alternative bitmap
  16. formats, so any insights would be particularly helpful.
