  13.         Try the Victor Library from Catenary systems (It's advertised in the
  14. latest Windows Tech Journal.  It can read display and manipulate Gif's,
  15. BMP's, TGA's, PCX's, TIFF's and Bif's (I have no idea what a BIF is) anyway,
  16. it works really well.
