  14. Someone mentioned "WHPE", the Windows Help Project Editor, apparently un-
  15. supported ware from Microsoft to help people develop Help files for Windows
  16. apps. I tried searching for it on the Internet with archie and by looking
  17. through the torturously-built microsoft directory on ftp.uu.net -- to no
  18. avail. Maybe I'm just missing something? If the ware is available, I would
  19. appreciate any help (ha ha) anyone can offer to find it. (nb: I do NOT
  20. have a CompuServe account, so I can't look there)
