  11. Is it possible to make a window have several menus that are
  12. not submenus of the window's main menu?  I know that I can
  13. do popup menus at any time but I would like my window to
  14. display the menus at all times.  I realise that perhaps I
  15. should be using a toolbar or arrangement of buttons but I
  16. need the extra menus to look like ordinary menus, but
  17. perhaps vertically aligned too.
