  11. I`m writting a win-app with BC++ 3.1 ( using OWL ) and would like
  12. the application to start up by displaying a bitmap that covers the whole
  13. desktop with a modeless dialog box on top ( exiting the app is to be done
  14. with an accelerator ).  Thus, I do not want the window container at all
  15. on the screen.  Could someone please show me how this can be done and
  16. possibly send me some C or C++ sketch-code for the bitmap part.
