  13. Is there any way to create Windows Help files with Borland.  I
  14. have seen that a Help Compiler comes with SDK, but I have already
  15. purchased BC++3.1.

  17. If Borland doesn't provide one, can the Help Compiler be purchased
  18. separately from Microsoft?
