  11. Someone responded to my original posting on the net about the inability of
  12. Turbo Debug for Windows to load in 3.1, however they did say
  13. it would load in 3.1.  The program complains that it is unable to find
  14. windebug.dll anywhere (even though I have copied it into every directory
  15. I know).  Is there something that I am missing,  what do I need to do
  16. to run the debugger?  Thanks.
