- Many (if not all) of the RTF codes are available in the online help file that
- comes with the SDK 3.1 and MSC 7.0. Start up WinHelp, load the SDK help file,
- and then search for RTF. Many examples are included, however, I did not see
- an example of how many of these RTF tokens can be used together to create a
- file suitable for the help compiler..
