  10. Now that I have this really nice on-line help file for my app, my
  11. users are bugging me for hard-copy.  I tell them that the idea is
  12. to have on-line help and that they can print whatever topic they
  13. are viewing, but that's not good enough.  They *want* the whole
  14. thing printed out.

  16. I could print it out from Word for them, but isn't there an easy
  17. way for them to print the whole xxx.hlp file, short of selecting
  18. and printing each topic.  Even so, you'll never know if you
  19. printed it all.
