  13. I'm not programmer, not primary, I kan write simple C programs etc.
  14. BUT
  15. I want to write som .hlp files for use in WINDOWS specialized for
  16. our company's use of windows.
  17.  
  18. Can some of you guy's out there give me a tip of how to do those help
  19. files for WINDOWS. I would prefer not to need to bye a compiler tool-kit
  20. or similar.

  22. Is there a specialized editor or compiler?? if so - are there free- or
  23. shareware programs to do those ?
