  13. I'm looking for a library of routines for reading and writing TIFF files
  14. to be called from a C/C++ application.

  16. I've downloaded TACS from the internet but it is not documented and it is
  17. not obvious what routines need to be called.  Aldus informs me that the
  18. latest technical information on TIFF and routines for reading a writing
  19. TIFF files are on Compuserve. Unfortunatly I can't easily to access this.

  21. Can anybody point me to a solid, documented, set of TIFF routines that I
  22. can FTP from the internet or order over the phone?  If possible, can the
  23. library on Compuserv be made available on the internet at an FTP site?
