  11. I've uploaded Spice32 for Windows NT & Windows 3.1.  I've included the
  12. Setup and necessary files to install Win32s so that NT programs, such
  13. as this version of spice, will run on your Windows 3.1 system.

  15. Win32s is Microsoft's DLL which allows WindowsNT binarys to run, unmodified,
  16. on WIndows 3.1 systems.

  18. Win32s is still in beta, so ypu'll want to get a fresh copy when it's
  19. released.
