  12. I'm pretty sure there are JPEG/MPEG video compression boards for IBM/PC's.

  14. Could *anyone* with any information, reviews, or prices on any JPEG/MPEG
  15. video (+audio?) boards that you can develop software for (possibly for
  16. MS-Windows), for an IBM/PC email me the info?  I'm looking for boards that
  17. have a combo framegrabber + at or near real-time JPEG/MPEG (de)compression 
  18. that can write info to either disk or memory.  Thanx in advance.
