  26. There was a post in soc.culture.celtic about Internet access in GB -
  27. strangely enough halfway down there was a service based in the US.
  28. You get mail, news, ftp, etc. for a flat fee per month and no connect 
  29. charge if you live in a "class A city". If you live in a "class B city"
  30. you get charged an hourly fee.
