  21. Try WinEdit 1.3 from Wilson WindowWare.  It has multiple undo/redo,
  22. multiple file windows, right mouse-button support, integrated
  23. support for compiling/linking/running programs, macros and lots more.

  27. This is similar to WinEdit but even more programming features.
