  22. I'm running WinQVT/Net 3.16 on a machine with Windows 3.1 and Norton
  23. Desktop for Windows, and it seems to run fine. the last two time I
  24. got a GPF error using WinQVT was do to the buffers in the program
  25. not being set right, or not high enough (according to QPC software).
  26. If you can set buffers with your packet driver (I do with the odi packet
  27. driver), maybe that would help. This is just a guess, I'm probably 
  28. completely off.
