  12.  I just installed Word for Window 2.0b (I did a full installation).  
  13. Since I'm new to Word I tried the Getting Started and  Learning Word options 
  14. under the Help menu.  Both hang the machine and I have to pretty 
  15. cntrl-alt-delete to get control back.   Is there a fix for this?
