- There is a shareware program called the "Cinetic Mail Manager" that
- is windows based. I have tried it out as an off-line mail reader, but
- is is supposed to be able to get mail from a spool file. The interface
- is quite easy to use with two exceptions:

- o It will take a sysadmin to set it up so that a user can use it

- o It requires that the user supply his/her own pager. It uses the
- Windows notepad as the default pager.
