  22. There is a shareware program called the "Cinetic Mail Manager" that
  23. is windows based. I have tried it out as an off-line mail reader, but
  24. is is supposed to be able to get mail from a spool file. The interface
  25. is quite easy to use with two exceptions:

  27. o It will take a sysadmin to set it up so that a user can use it
  28.  
  29. o It requires that the user supply his/her own pager. It uses the 
  30. Windows notepad as the default pager.
