  17. Yes, and it's great. I'd pay real money for the program alone. The
  18. filters, as well as many of the other effects (look at the FX tool)
  19. work only on true colour images. You can convert any image to true
  20. colour with the "Image->Convert to" menu item. You don't actually have
  21. to be in any true colour display mode to use the filters.
