  13. I have a question for anyone who purchased the Diamond Speedstar24x card
  14. package which included a copy of Dr. Halo Desktop Imager software. I am
  15. having a problem with the software in that after a load an image, I can't
  16. do any processing or filtering.

  18. When I select "filter" from the menu, all of the options are unavailable ("greyed
  19. out"). I don't get it, is this "crippleware" or what. Right now the only thing its 
  20. good for is to view and convert existing files to other formats.

  22. Has anyone else been able to get the thing to work?
