  13. I'm looking for information to help my brother fromat formulas for his
  14. thesis (which is due real soon!).  He has just simple math equations to layout
  15. and is using MS Word for Windows.  He has used the subscript and superscript commands,
  16. but the results really aren't good.  Does anyone know of a better way
  17. for format formulas in Word?  Are there any PD tools to help with this?

  19. I'm not sure what version of Word he is using, but he is using Windows 3.0
  20. Would it be helpful to upgrade to 3.1 to get the TT fonts for this
  21. task?  He is also using a DeskJet printer if that matters.

  23. Any and all suggestions would be helpful.
