  12. OK i just got off the phone with WP>  THey say lots of us
  13. Desjet 500 users can't get the Envelope macro to work. Great.

  15. So far, I've figured out that we most change the paper size
  16. to Portrait, not landscape, since we feed our envelopes in
  17. portrati.  I then tried to change the paper size to 8.5 x 4.12
  18. but the stupid program keeps changing it to 4.12 x 8.5 no
  19. matter what i do.

  21. Anyone have any ideas????????
